Instructions for Chairs

Arrival

Chairpersons are requested to come to the chairs’ desk no later than 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Session Progress

Chairpersons are asked to ensure that all sessions start and finish punctually as scheduled.
Remaining time will be indicated by a timer.

Instructions for Oral Presenters

Presentation Materials

Only PowerPoint presentations (16:9) will be accepted.
No sound output equipment will be available.

Preview

Please bring your own laptop, and hand it to the preview desk during the break before your session.
An adapter is required in case you don’t have a HDMI port on the laptop.

Timing

To maintain the meeting schedule, you are requested to keep time allocation strictly.
Remaining time will be indicated by a timer.

Size and Set-up/Removal

  • Set-up: by 1:00 PM Sep. 3
  • Removal: by noon Sep. 6

*Any posters remaining on panels after the removal time will be discarded by the secretariat.
