Lunch
We ask to make reservation of meals for lunch to those who would like to purchase them.
Meals for lunches will not be purchasable on the day of the forum.
No lunchboxes will be provided during the forum.

Price: JPY 1,080 per meal (Tax included)
Hotel Reservation
The following rates are per person, per night including service charge and consumption tax without breakfast.
For cancellation / modification of your hotel reservation, please refer to the guideline indicated on the booking site (please note that cancellation fees will be charged notice given after 7 days prior to the first night of stay.).

- Twin / Double room (double occupancy): JPY 9,180
- Twin / Double room (single occupancy): JPY 13,500
Domestic Travel Bursary (For students residing in Japan)
We provide travel support to students who complete registration and reside in Japan.
Students participating from overseas are not able to apply for this.
If you register as a student, you can book your room with discounted rates.
If you receive the discount, please select "Travel Bursary" from "Choose Hotel" on the hotel booking site.
Domestic Travel Bursary Room rate
- Single occupancy: JPY 10,000 per night (JPY 3,500 discount from original rate)
- Double-occupancy: JPY 6,000 per night (JPY 3,180 discount from original rate)

If you make a reservation for "Double-occupancy", you need to enter the name of the person who will share a room with.
