1. Registration fee;

Fees for social events are included in the registration fee.

2. Lunch;

Participants should apply for Lunch (Charged) before the meeting. Lunch tickets will be handed to the applicants together with the meeting badge.
Please note there will be limited number of lunch tickets to be sold on September 11 and 12.
For those who do not apply, restaurants are available at the Westin Awaji Island Hotel and within easy walking distance of the conference center.


Wireless LAN Internet access is available at the Main Hall(2F), the Reception Hall B(2F), and public spaces (Lobby, Foyer, etc.) on each floor.
Computers with internet access are available at the Business Center(B1).
At Westin Hotel and Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa, internet access is available at your room (wired) and at Lobby (wireless).
