Regular: JPY 17,000 for participation and JPY 3,000 for social events (On-site: JPY 19,000 / JPY 3,000)
Student: JPY 7,000 for participation and JPY 1,000 for social events (On-site: JPY 9,000 / JPY 1,000) - Note 2）Accompanying Person means family or friends of the participating scientists with no academic purpose.
- Note 3）No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague.
Hotel
The following rates are per person, per night including service charge and consumption tax with breakfast.
For cancellation / modification of your hotel reservation, please refer to the guideline indicated on the booking site (please note that cancellation fees will be charged notice given after 7 days prior to the first night of stay).
