On-Site Registration Fees

Advance registration has been closed on 18th of August.​​​​​​ If you have not completed registration yet, please register at the meeting site.

On-Site Registration Fees are following:

On-SITE REGISTRATION (After 0:00 August 19)
Regular	JPY 22,000
Student	JPY 10,000
Accompanying Person	JPY 6,000

• Note 1) Breakdown of the above registration fees;
  Regular: JPY 19,000 for participation and JPY 3,000 for social events
  Student: JPY 9,000 for participation and JPY 1,000 for social events
• Note 2) Accompanying Person means family or friends of the participating scientists with no academic purpose.
• Note 3) No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague.

Name badge, certificate of attendance and abstract booklet will be handed at the AIFII Desk.
Please pick up your meeting materials on the first day of your attendance.

• Note 1) Fees for these events are included in the registration fee.
• Note 2) For your information, restaurants are available at the Westin Awaji Island Hotel and within easy walking distance of the conference center.

Internet

Wireless LAN internet access is available at the Main Hall (2F), the Reception Hall B (2F), and public spaces (Lobby, Foyer, etc) on each floor. Computers with internet access are available at the Business Center(B1F).
Internet access is available in your room (wired) and at Lobby (wireless) at Westin Hotel.
