On-Site Registration Fees
Advance registration has been closed on 8th of September.
If you have not completed registration yet, please register at the meeting site.
On-Site Registration Fees are following:

| Note 1) | Breakdown of the above registration fees; Regular: JPY 19,000 for participation and JPY 3,000 for social events Student: JPY 9,000 for participation and JPY 1,000 for social events |
| Note 2) | Accompanying Person means family or friends of the participating scientists with no academic purpose. |
| Note 3) | No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague. |
- You can confirm your reservation status at the linked site.

AIFII Desk and Office (Registration, Travel Information, General Inquiries)
Name badge, certificate of attendance and abstract booklet will be handed at the AIFII Desk.
Please pick up your meeting materials on the first day of your attendance.

Internet
Wireless LAN internet access is available at the Main Hall (1F), the Reception Hall B (2F), and public spaces (Lobby, Foyer, etc) on each floor.
ID and Password for Wi-Fi connection will be announced on the information board at AIFII Desk.
