Visa Support

Visa support documents

We will provide the documents for visa applications to presenters of symposia, oral and poster presentations who need to apply for the visa to enter Japan.

The documents for visa which we can provide:

  • Letter of Invitation
  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Itinerary in Japan
  • Enroll certificate of Chair of AIFII2025

Length of stay that we can support:

Maximum 6 days (3 meeting days + 3 days)
We are not able to support your stay in Japan if you are going to stay more than 7 days.

Visa Documents Request Form

Under the meeting rule, we will not provide above documents to participants who will not present at the meeting. Those who will not present are to apply for the tourist visa or other visa by themselves.
