Note 1)	Accompanying Person means family or friends of the participating scientists with no academic purpose.
Note 2)	No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague.

The following rates are per person, per night including breakfast, service charge and consumption tax. For cancellation / modification of your hotel reservation, please refer to the guideline indicated on the booking site (please note that cancellation fees will be charged notice given after 8 days prior to the first night of stay.).

Payments by credit card will be accepted. After you complete your registration / hotel reservation, please click “Single Payment” button displayed on the Payment Status.
