Poster abstract submission is now closed.

Guidelines for oral presentation

Projector will be provided. Please prepare your PC which can be adjusted to the output connecter (Mini D-sub 15 pin) and AC adaptor.If your PC needs another output connecter,please bring it by yourself. Also please prepare the back-up files in USB or CD-ROM.

Guideline for poster presentation

1. Poster Size
A poster board (W90cm x H180cm)is prepared with your poster number(W20cm x H20cm) Please prepare abstract title, presenter's name, affiliation(W70cm x H20cm), and your poster(W90cm x H160cm:maximum).

2. Core time
Poster session 1 (odd poster numbers) : Sep. 9 (Wed) 13:15 - 14: 30
Poster session 2 (even poster numbers): Sep.10 (Thu) 13:15 - 14: 30
* Please give your poster presentation at your own poster during this time.

3. Set-up / Removal
Set-up: Sep. 8 (Tue) 12:00-15:00
Removal: Sep. 11(Fri) 12:00-13:30
* Please place and remove your poster within this time.
