For Poster presenters

In addition to live presentations and Q&A period, we adopt "e-poster" for poster presentation.
e-poser is a digital version of posters, and its content is exactly same as a paper version of posters which is normally displayed on the panel.
e-posters are available for audience before the meeting until the day that site is closed, and those encourage wide-ranging discussion.
Please be assured that e-posters are protected from downloading, printing, and copying.

Advance preparation

  1. Create an e-poster for uploading on the program search and abstract browsing site for participants.
Please read "Manual for Poster Presenters" for more details regarding how to create an e-poster and upload on the site. The manual will be available on August 18th.
  2. Upload an e-poster.
Uploading is available from August 18th
. You can upload it by accessing the URL which will be notified by the forum secretariat. Also, you can replace an e-poster as many times as you need until the dedicated site for participants is closed. Please refer to "Manual for Poster Presenters".
