Registration and Accommodation

Advance registration is strongly encouraged for smooth operation.
For poster abstract submission, you are required to complete registration beforehand.

Advance Registration: June 1 (Thu) - August 18 (Fri), 2017
Hotel Reservation: June 1 (Thu) - August 18 (Fri), 2017

• Note 1) We may close the registration earlier when the number of applicants reaches 250.
• Note 2) We advise you to book your hotel early because of the limited numbers of rooms at the listed hotels.

Registration Fees

• Note 1) Breakdown of the above registration fees;
  Regular: JPY 17,000 for participation and JPY 3,000 for social events (On-site: JPY 19,000 / JPY 3,000)
  Student: JPY 7,000 for participation and JPY 1,000 for social events (On-site: JPY 9,000 / JPY 1,000)
• Note 2) Accompanying Person means family or friends of the participating scientists with no academic purpose. Those who do not attend the lectures and only attends social events may only pay the fee, JPY 3,000, for the events.
• Note 3) No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague.

The following rates are per person, per night including service charge and consumption tax.
For cancellation / modification of your hotel reservation, please refer to the guideline indicated on the booking site.

*Please note that cancellation fees will be charged notice given after 8 days prior to the first night of stay.

Please register your personal information first and log in to your "My Page".
Advance registration / hotel reservation is available at your "My Page".

Payment

After you complete your registration / hotel reservation, please click “Single Payment” button displayed on the Payment Status. You will find detail guidance of how to pay the fee / deposit by credit card. Full payment must be made within 14 days after reservation is made.
